Hawk: No Australian Child will live in Poverty. Howard: We don’t have a Preamble. Republican Politicians have broken their Oaths of Allegiance. They were lying then. They are lying now. 3875 changed words are A MASSIVE CHANGE in our Constitution, NOT as politicians state "minimalistic" or just a SMALL STEP? Would politicians suggest changes that did not give them more power over us? If that was true, they would be suggesting that they have less power. The laws of history suggest otherwise. They say that the only change is that the name of the "Monarch" will be changed to "President". But they want 2,506 WORDS ADDED to the Constitution and 1369 TAKEN OUT. Why do Politicians Lie to Us ?A single word in a Constitution can have vital impact on the destiny of a nation and our freedom. 3875 changed words are changes where each word can speak for itself, in many ways which will affect your lives. Not a SMALL STEP. Some of the Massive changes they are not telling you about are: A. The loss of the system which protects basic liberties and rights. All will be subject to and modifiable by Parliament (Section 70a). B. The President can be removed at any time by the Prime Minister without consultation with Cabinet, the Senate, the Representatives, or the people (Section 62). This gives the Prime Minister the same powers as Hitler. C. The President MUST act on the advice of the Prime Minister, so the President is subservient to the party dictatorship. We lose the independent EXECUTIVE discretions to protect us from the politicians (Section 59). This new Constitution is a Revolution by stealth. When the full potentiality of change is completed the nation and its law making machine will reside totally in one entity, the few who control the political parties, the few who control, the multinational financial corporations, the few who control the Foreign News Corporations, the few who control this republican movement. The one entity, are the same few. As night follows day, tyranny follows revolution. 3875 words, 3875 changes, 3875 meanings, 3875 regrets. Power is not a means; it is an end. They do not establish a dictatorship in order to safeguard a revolution; they make the revolution in order to establish the dictatorship. `Republics decline into democracies and democracies degenerate into despotisms.' - Aristotle. The Preamble, they won’t tell you about. The greatest check to the politicians republic is the existing Preamble to our Constitution. The politicians lie and say we do not have one, but then say they will put their new republican preamble at the back of the Constitution. Why? Because they want to remove the existing one because it states: "Whereas the people of New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, Queensland, and Tasmania, humbly relying on the blessing of Almighty God, have agreed to unite in one indissoluble Federal Commonwealth under the Crown of the United Kingdom." This is the Genesis of the Commonwealth of Australia .This is what federates the Australian states. This mechanism is not repeated in any other Section of the Constitution and it is the most important sentence in our Constitution. By using the word "indissoluble" it is supposed to stop Politicians from removing it. The existing Preamble of our Constitutional Act is not in Section 9, which is the only Section that can be legally altered by the provisions in Sub-Section 128. It is the major unchangeable part of the Commonwealth of Australia’s Constitutional Act. Sub Section 128 allows for alteration of Sub Sections 1 to 128 of Section 9 but gives no power whatsoever to alter the Preamble and Sections 1 to 8 of the Constitutional Act. Subterfuge for Sedition This is the politicians’ greatest stumbling block. No referenda can alter this Preamble. To proclaim a republic is illegal Sedition (Section 24 Crimes Act 1914). Even assisting with a referendum is Aiding and Abetting, a crime under the same Act. They are betraying our country, the people who trust them. They cannot change the Preamble legally so they are trying to subvert it by all and any means at their disposal. The Imperial Act of Westminister 1931, (ratified by the Australian Parliament in 1931) states in Section 8 that: "Nothing in this Act shall be deemed to confer any power to repeal or alter the Constitution or the Constitution Act of the Commonwealth of Australia.... otherwise than in accordance with the law existing before the commencement of this Act." That Imperial Act guarded our Constitution for half a century or more. If they Win, it will be the last Referendum By Treason and misusing Section 4 of that same Act, the Traitors believe they can unwind all of our Constitutional protections and without any referendum or input from the people, misusing an Imperial Act which gave total independence to the Commonwealth of Australia from the Imperial Parliament. (Not the Crown) Just in case their dodgy Preamble fails, each State Parliament in Australia has two bills before it (some States have made it into legislation), prepared by the Federal-Attorney General’s Department with collaboration from every State. This secret revolution even breaches State Constitutions. The patient, trusting general public think that they are being asked if they want a republic. In fact, whether they like it or not, they are having a republic illegally and dictatorially inflicted on them by Internationalist News Groups, Multinational Bankers Groups and rapacious power snatching political puppets. Secret Politicians Business These secret politicians' business Bills, which they hope will allow for the Australian States to become republics, and which have been kept in secret by the politicians, republicans and the media alike, are indicative of how politicians treat their constituents, given that the people have yet to vote on the issue. The limits of dictators are prescribed by the endurance of those whom they oppress. . Politicians are experts at finding out just what the
people will submit to, so it will continue until they are resisted with either
words or blows, or with both. The AUSTRALIA ACTS(REQUEST) BILL 1999 CONSTITUTION (REQUESTS) BILL 1999 is an illegal means to remove the controls of our Federal Constitution and the Act of Westminister, but it also breaches the control provisions of Section 53 of the Queensland Constitutional Act where is says: "Certain measures to be supported by referendum, (1) A Bill that expressly or impliedly provides for the abolition of or alteration in the office of Governor." Look it up for yourselves, ask your politicians about the Bills. Proclaiming a republic and doing away with the State Governor’s position should not be possible without a State referendum. Certainly a secret revolution! Re-write the Constitution whenever they want. The Constitution (Requests) Bill -- which eliminates the people's right to vote on changes to the Constitution, the office of the Governor, the removal of the Royal protection, has been orchestrated when Australians are already suffering the greatest constitutional Confidence Trick in our history. If we let the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act be repealed by the Commonwealth Parliament, by the removal of Section 8 of the Statute of Westminster 1931, any political party can re-write the Constitutional Act whenever it wants. They will not need our consent, just the clearance from "head office." They can do anything. If this does not send shivers of fear to your brain, you either trust political party thugs or have died of shock. Our Constitution is being changed forever by the politicians without reference to the people again. What is transpiring in the various State Parliaments at the moment is nothing more than constitutional rape! In a time of universal deceit - telling the truth is a revolutionary act. The foreign owned-Australian media doesn’t have the courage or the will to explain these matters to the Australian people. We must do it ourselves. Tell everyone as soon as you can. Use photocopiers, email, faxes. Get this warning out and we may have a chance to save Australia. "The people who cast the votes decide nothing. The people who count the votes decide everything." Joseph Stalin. Even the republican media have published the information that there are 200,000 plus names on the Electoral Rolls in each State which are unqualified to be there. They say they will address this problem after the referendum. 200,000 in each State equates to over one million in Australia. If those million illegally registered voters mean an extra ‘yes’ vote for the republic, legal No votes may not be able to compensate. Politicians have decreed that only people chosen by politicians can scrutineer the referendum votes. Contempt for our Constitution by our politicians now cannot be described as anything less than Revolution from within. "Treason doth never prosper, what’s the reason? For if it prosper, None dare call it Treason". Sir John Harrington, 1561-1612 Treason has prospered long in Australia. It has risen to the heights of power. Will the Federal Police dare call it ‘Treason? Will the politician appointed Courts call it Treason? Will the Media dare call it Treason? Will Churches call it Treason? No, only courageous, ordinary people can dare to call it Treason. Lying Politicians Break Oaths of Allegiance All elected Representatives and Senators must swear an Oath of Allegiance, or an affirmation according to Section 42 of the Constitution. Treachery in Section 24 Crimes Act 1914 defines that all republican MP.s have broken that oath and are Attainted of Treason. They can no longer sit in Parliament. Few republican politicians would escape conviction by a fair court and a fair jury of their constituents for the following breaches of the Crimes Act 1914: Section 30c Advocates or encourages (the overthrow of the Constitution), Section 24 Sedition, (to bring the Sovereign into hatred or contempt, to excite disaffection against the Constitution, to procure otherwise than by lawful means alteration of the Constitution, to promote feelings of ill-will and hostility) Treachery (the overthrow of the Constitution), Treason( by tending the destruction of the Sovereign). Ordinary Australians have access to the courts in the same sense that Christians had access to the lions. Unfortunately, our police and courts are controlled by republican politicians, now they walk free. History lists many other traitors who have hanged for less. Democracy is not like Motherhood (an Icon). Democracy is a Con. Our old Constitution was founded on the philosophy of the separation of power. The intended result of this Coup is a new absolute power to replace the Constitutional Monarchy. The new absolute power is the political party who will unite on anything which gives them more power and more money. " Democracy is two wolves and a sheep voting to decide what's for lunch"Our system of government is a Constitutional Monarchy. It always has been. We have never been a Democracy. That is why the United States, when it could not be a Constitutional Monarchy anymore, opted to be a Constitutional Republic. They are not a Democracy either. They, like ourselves, have a Constitution which overrules its politicians. An example of Democracy is if a country’s population had 5% who were wealthier than the 95%, they could legislate to distribute that wealth to themselves. " Democracy is indispensable to socialism."Some people might call it welfare or taxation but it is still theft, still mob rule. It’s wrong. It removes all incentives. It didn’t work in the republic of Greece 2000 years ago. It didn’t work in the Democratic States of East Germany, Russia, Cuba and it won’t work here. Republican democracies have always been spectacles of turbulence, always opposing personal liberties and the rights of property. Always they have had short lives and violent deaths. The merit of our Constitution is, not that it promotes democracy, but checks it.'' For example if a majority wanted to stop recreational fishing, the rights and liberties of the minority may not be protected. For thousands of years dictators have ruled the Mob by controlling the information they receive. The Emperor’s of Rome, the French Revolutionaries, Napoleon Bonaparte all controlled the information the Mob received. Media always controls demo-cracy .Hitler's rise to power was legal in the terms of majority rule but as now based in deceit. Neither he nor Stalin could have maintained the leadership of large populations if they had not had the confidence or obedience of the masses. "What luck for rulers, that men do not think." Adolph Hitler. For evil to exist, it needs the sanction of the victims. It is hard to free fools from the chains they revere. The ideal tyranny is one ignorantly administered by its victims. Perfect slaves are those who blissfully enslave themselves. The very idea of freedom presupposes some discerning moral law which overrules rulers and ruled alike. Moral values are incompatible with democracy. Our people and politicians are one nation only as long as we are subject to that one overruling moral law. Without it, the ideals of any society is only the invention of its politicians and conditioners. The strength of the Constitution lies entirely in the determination of each citizen to defend it. Only if every single citizen finds the courage to do his share in its defence, are our constitutional rights secure. Constitutions limiting government and all within the land, are as old as the first written word, the Ten Commandments, the Laws of Solan, the Laws of Brutus, which in Celtic "Cyfreithiau" or "Common Right," evolved into Common Law. All were revered above government, above democracy. All natural laws and God given rights have been there since time began. Magna Carta acknowledged the existence of those laws and rights. It clearly identified them with brilliance and rang the bell of freedom for all time. 29. No freeman shall be taken, or imprisoned, or be disseised of his freehold, or liberties, or free customs or be outlawed, or exiled, or any otherwise destroyed; nor will we not pass upon him, nor condemn him, but by lawful judgement of his peers, and by the law of the land. We will sell to no man, we will not deny or defer to any man either justice or right. Beautiful words of freedom, but without the Monarch’s protection, without the promise on the last line, the document has no meaning. Without a Monarch we cannot ask anyone else to abide by its rules, as the contract is null and void. All other Constitutional documents such as the Statutes of Edward, the Petition of Rights, Habeas Corpus, the Bills of Rights have followed the same formula. They uphold natural laws and rights with a promise from the Monarch too. Only with Monarchy do we have a Constitutional guarantee. With a republic you have a guarantee that they will change the Constitutional Act whenever they think they can get away with it. Most of our guarantees are not just in the Constitution, but also in the Coronation Oaths. It is another Constitutional limitation on raw power. It impresses on the Monarch that they are not Sovereign that they have to give their allegiance to an entity bigger than themselves. It binds them to protect the people’s rights and liberties. Natural rights fell into disfavour with legal philosophers. Natural rights were replaced with Socialism’s legal positive philosophy which holds that legal authority stems solely from what the State makes law. The flaw in Socialism’s legal positivist philosophy is that the law is no better than the source of its authority. After World War II, a revival of natural rights re-emerged. Nazism and Communism revealed the horrors that could emanate from a legal positivist system. The Nuernberg Trials had to use Natural Law to try the War criminals because their crimes had been authorized by the States Legislature, unchecked by Constitution or Monarch. There is a new religion in Australia. The gods of this new religion are members of parliament, the liturgy of the worshippers is legislation. We are again being sent down the legal positive road. The new version of rights are not what that our Constitutional authors fought for. The idea that State law should be an instruction manual, dictating exactly how high our railings should be and how big the school tuck shop is, did not exist in our country when it was an expanding nation. These inventions of slavery are only there to contain us, not serve us. "It is one thing to show a man that he is in error, and another to put him in possession of truth." John Locke (1632 - 1704) The world always assumes that exposing an error is identical to finding the truth - that error and truth are simply opposite. That is not true. What the world turns to when it has been cured of one error, is usually another error, and often worse than the first. We are very fortunate in Australia. Thousands died for us on the fields of battle or met the hangman in countless errors, before we inherited the most advanced system of freedom the world has ever known. "The Constitution is the origin and measure of legislative authority. It says to legislators, "thus far ye shall go and no farther. Not a particle of it should be shaken; not a pebble of it should be removed." Justice William Paterson (1745 - 1806) Most people correctly believe that all legislation contrary to the Constitution is null and void. No legislative Act contrary to the Constitution can be valid. To deny this would be to affirm that the deputy is greater than his principal, that the servant is above the master, that the representatives of the people are superior to the people, that men, acting by virtue of powers may not only do what their powers do not authorize, but what they forbid. The Constitution intends the representatives of the people to substitute their will to that of their constituents. A Constitution is, in fact, and must be regarded by judges as fundamental law. If there should happen to be an irreconcilable variance between the two, the Constitution has to be preferred to the statute. "Giving more power to government is like giving drugs and car keys to fifteen-year-old’s." Liberty is only granted to those who love it, and who are always ready to give their lives to fight and defend it. We are the enemy within. It’s our apathy that has caused this debacle. In past ages it has been the people who have reminded the Monarchs of their Coronation Oath. Charles the First, had his head removed for ignoring and in a similar manner, James the Second had to hurriedly vacate the realm. William and Mary and their successors (Elizabeth II), were only allowed to reign if they and parliament heeded the Bill of Rights. It was the people who threw them out, and the people who invited them in. We are the responsible body. To the Political Robots All of this, I know, will sound wild and hysterical to the profound herd of vulgar so-called intellectuals and all the robotical politicians, who have no place amongst the people, who are a sort of beast who thinks that nothing exists but what comes out of their mouths, who are grossly material, and who, far from being qualified to be directors of the great movement of our nation, are not fit to turn a wheel in the machine. To people who are aware of them, the ruling Constitutional safeguards and principles are in truth everything, but in the opinion of our politicians they have no substantial existence or worth. Eloquence in politics is not wisdom and a great country in the hands of little minds does not bode well for the future. We have to elevate our minds to the greatness of that trust to which Providence has called us. It is not up to our children or our parents, but our generation. Our predecessors have turned a savage wilderness into a glorious country, and have made the most extensive and honourable conquests, not by destroying, but by promoting the common wealth, the happiness of families living in peace. The more ardently all love liberty, the more perfect will be our obedience .The cement has gone, the cohesion has been loosened, and everything runs to decay and dissolution. As long as we have the wisdom to keep the sovereign authority of this country as a sanctuary of liberty, a sacred temple consecrated to our common faith, wherever the chosen race, the sons of Australia worship freedom, they will turn their faces towards the Commonwealth of Australia. The more ardently all love liberty, the more perfect will be our obedience. Slavery can be had anywhere. It is a weed that grows in every soil in the world. It can be found in any republics like China, Russia, or Indonesia. But until our Constitution is lost and all feelings of our true honesty are destroyed, freedom can only be found here in Australia. Freedom is a commodity at a price, of which the Australian Constitution has the monopoly. That is the TRUTH! Australians instinctively know what rights and freedoms they should have Deny us this participation in freedom, and you break that sole bond which was originally made, and must still preserve, the unity of Australia. These politicians imagine that your accounts, taxation records, mortgages, and overdrafts are what form the great security of this nation. They dream that their Ministerial Appointments, Executive Cabinet decisions, and suspending clauses are the things that hold together the great texture of this mysterious whole. These things do not make government. Dead paper and red tape, passive tools as they are, do not count. It is the spirit of the British Monarchy that gives all their life and efficacy to them. It is the spirit of the English Constitution which gave birth to our Commonwealth of Australia Constitutional Act, which, infused through its mighty head of power, pervades, feeds, unites, invigorates, excites every part of Australia. Its minutest member has a perception of rights and freedom. Do our political tyrants imagine then, that it is the Tax Acts which raises their revenue? Or that it is the annual vote in the Committee of Supply which creates our army? Or that it is the Mutiny Act which inspires the Army with bravery and discipline? No! It is the love of the people; it is their attachment to their Constitution from the sense of the deep stake they have in such a glorious institution, which gives Australia its Army and Navy, and infuses into both that liberal obedience without which our Army would be a base rabble and our Navy nothing but rusty tin. All ambitions are lawful except those which climb upward on the miseries or credulities of mankind. A healthy nation can survive its fools and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. The invader at the gates is less onerous, for they are known and carry their threats openly. But the traitor moves everywhere openly, their scheming mutterings steal the hearts and minds of the people; they are in the halls of government. For the traitor does not look like a traitor; he speaks in accents similar to his victims, and he wears the same sort of clothes. He appeals to the degeneracy that lies deep in the hearts of all people. He eats away at the spirit of a nation. He performs clandestinely and anonymously in the shadows to sabotage the foundations of the county. He contaminates the brotherhood of the Kingdom, so that it can no longer endure. An assassin selects his victim singularly; a traitor destroys a nation. They use words like ‘necessity.’ Necessity is the justification for every transgression of personal liberty. It is the apology of dictators; it is the credo of vassals.We have had so many years of prosperity. We have passed through so many minor difficulties and dangers without the loss of liberty - that we begin to think that we hold it by divine right from heaven itself. The truth is liberty is easier to obtain than it is to preserve. History has taught us that if a country values anything more than liberty, it will lose its liberty, and the parody of it is that if it is peace or wealth that it values more, it will lose that too. ‘Equality’ is another word that is used as a tool by traitors. Australians are so fascinated by equality that they would rather be equal in enslavement than unequal in liberty.
