Dear Rona,
The High Court ruling in Joose is full of lies and
treachery. Why? Because the judges are corrupt and are trying to
protect themselves. All those false instruments will be brought to the
UN's Commission on Human Rights. The sovereignty issues also must be put to
Australians and they must decide whether to stay with the present hopelessly
corrupted Parliaments and Courts or take this genuine opportunity to dismantle
the whole system and rebuild them for the benefit of themselves. Our
history, which includes our English roots, provides the lessons as
to what is happening now and how we can correct it.
We have lost Christian laws and values - we have to regain
them.
We have to protect ourselves and our children and their
children against tyrants and all the other evil-doers.
This is serious. It is not a game and the people are
entitled to the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the
truth.

I am sending you an
item we have downloaded from the web. I have been
concerned for
about two years about the vast amount of material that has
been
circulated by various groups urging people to believe that
our
Constitution has been made invalid or overridden since the League of
Nations
said we were a sovereign nation.
I obtained and studied a
High Court case ruling that threw out an action
brought by Mr. Joosse who
is the leader of the group that is behind it all.
I have had no less than
four sets of the "Constitution Con" and the Murphy
letters sent
to me for evaluation, and I have always said to ignore
them
entirely.
I rang the AEC and asked them to confirm that
voting A3 or anything less
than Yes or No was informal and would actually
help the Republic to win.
They agreed and said they had written to
Alternative 3 and telling them to
stop misleading people into wasting
their votes.
The High Court Judge ruled that our Constitution is
totally binding on all
courts, judges, and the people of every part of
Australia, no matter what
their state laws may be, and that it cannot be
changed any other way than by
Referendum, because it belongs to the
people, not to the politicians. He
said that it is only a political
gimmick to say we are a sovereign nation
without a constitution to
control Parliament.
I was very pleased to have it confirmed that my
advice to people was
correct.
