I found your email address by accident,
ie: it was on one of those rambling addresses on an inbound.
I presume you are the Joose of the High Court
ruling fame. The Federal Attorney-General sent me the Hayne
decision.
Could you possibly email your response to Hayne
because I have put in a Notice of Motion which you can find if you go to my
website of http://www.rightsandwrong.com.au and
look under "Latest News".
One point I would argue against Hayne is on who
has sovereignty. He, as any bureaucrat would have it, says that
sovereignty lies with some institution or "supreme body" whereas all I
can find in such things as the UN Principles of International Law Resolution
2625 is that sovereignty lies with the people.
