Preliminary details of The Queen's thirteenth State Visit to Australia have now been
released.
Her Majesty, accompanied by His Royal Highness the Duke of Edinburgh, will arrive
in Sydney on the 17th March 2000 for a two week stay during which She will tour the
States of New South Wales, Victoria, Tasmania, the ACT, the Northern Territory and
Western Australia where the Visit will end in Perth on the 1st or 2nd April.
The Queen will be in Australia again for the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting
in Brisbane in 2001 at which time Her Majesty also intends to visit South Australia.
The Australian Monarchist League is coordinating the efforts of Loyalist organisations
to cheer Her Majesty and His Royal Highness at every stage of the whole Tour. If you
