Hi Y'all,   This is the best scam that I have seen on the internet so far this year  - it is now the last day of October!!   Imagine the following..... You appeal to the ego in everyone; their opinion is sought and a forum is made readily available. It appears quite official, requires some action on the one giving their opinion - they feel as though they are 'doing something' about the issue raised. What is forgotten in the excitement of the moment is that the issue can never be one of the opinion-giver. This is just like Alan Jones' hook in the ear. No opinion of his has ever been acted upon by any organisation - government of private sector. It looks good though and people are given the opportunity to mouth off about something.   Back to the The Public Opinion Council Of Australia.   The recipient of the e-mail will probably pass this on to many on his Address List thus multiplying all those good ol' 83 cent calls.   The minimum charge is 83 cents of which 22 cents goes to Telstra as a local call for connecting to the ISP. Of the remaining 61cents, a given amount is required by the call collater, the rest is clear profit for The Public Opinion Council of Australia!!!   I wish that I had thought of this scam before they did!!!!
