Dear Fellow Australians,

THE TIME:    at 9:15am on Thursday, 9 November 2000
THE PLACE:    the Supreme Court of New South Wales, Queen's Square, Sydney.
THE CASE:    John Wilson -v- State of New South Wales, 20137/2000.
THE ISSUE:     Unlawful Imprisonment
THE QUESTION:   will a judge deny a trial by jury for the determination of whether Australians have the right to trial by jury?

POSSIBLE OUTCOMES:
           1.    a judge will summarily (without a jury) dismiss my claim of unlawful imprisonment by judging "in his own cause".
           2.    a judge will accept that he cannot judge "in his own cause" and set a date for trial by jury.
            WHAT ARE THE ODDS???????

Yours sincerely,
John Wilson.
