Fellow Participants Communication with known participants concerning many
important matters dealing with funds etc. has been a problem.Please help us
gather all the names of shareholders and related information of their
involvement with our company.We urgently need this information to properly
communicate with all participants.We only have a partial list of shareholders at
this point because Trevor Chilton who was once the President of our company has
left the company with some of the very important records and has refused to
return them to us. We have tried our best to negotiate with Mr. Chilton but
unfortunately we have failed to receive any information regarding you or other
participants (Class B Shareholders of 629900 SASKATCHEWAN LTD.) from Mr Chilton.
We apologize that we have to take this route of retrieving the information that
should have been made available to us by Mr Chilton.Some
of you may know friends and relatives who are participants after Jan 1,
2000 and may wish to advise them to contact us as well to prove
there involvement and partake in the upcoming profits.If funds become available
for distribution we are unable to satisfy all of the participants as
our records are not complete. So please understand it is
very important for all of us to have all the records for accounting and
distribution purposes. If we make a fairly divided pay out now and find later
that others where not included it would not be fair to us or them. Please be
ready to confirm your involvement. we will find it hard to help unless proper
documentation is submitted in a timely fashion. You may send this information to Donald Neuls as I do not have any official duties regarding the onshore funds. In fact, I should never know this information. I believe you have promised this information to the various corporations that you have used to enlist funds and still have never released this information. Since you no longer are an officer of Sask. Corp. then we expect this information immediately. Any clients not sent to Mr. Neuls for remuneration will be considered non-existent and you will be held personally responsible for their funds.
