Please note that this deprecation relates solely to the codebase and has no 
impact on OCLC or OCLC's purl.org service.  Any decision to migrate or change 
purl.org is purely OCLC's decision.

3 Round Stones (http://3roundstones.com) currently oversees development and 
maintenance of both purlz.org and the Callimachus Project.  3 Round Stones is 
moving all new PURL development from purlz.org to the Callimachus Project 
because we have been the only ones contributing code to purlz.org in some years.
