As Marco Schambach made me note, that sentence actually belongs in the last bullet in section 8.2 (see BRs 1.5.4) that just needs proper formatting :)

All, I have found what seems to me an editorial error in the published version of BRs 1.5.7. 

At the bottom of §8.2, the following sentence is probably out of place:
"Omissions insurance with policy limits of at least one million US dollars in coverage"
