All,

The CCADB update to introduce the new “Add/Update Contacts
<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1QQ-wZYPJ_3p76Zc3RZPE929pKIResc5J4vjSGGi_NuE/edit#heading=h.8bo6t2asenen>”
Case type is complete.

The “Add/Update Contacts” Case type automates background processes and
allows CA Owners to add new or update existing contacts for their
organization directly in the CCADB.

Thank you

- Chris, on behalf of the CCADB Steering Committee
