The advocacy day zero workshop is live! Feel free to register by adding

This will run on Tuesday, *July 21,* 2026, in-person only, at the
conference venue, from *14:30 - 16:30*. We've got some great stories to
share from the Wikimedia movement, including features from UN engagements,

Schöne Grüße Ziski!

this year Wikimania is an extremely exclusive event and I will
not attend it. This makes me very sad.

I am working on a short presentation with a working title "five circles of hell
of copyright" which I hope to get ready in two weeks or so. This is meant
as an invitation for discussion and maybe some re-thinking our further steps
(if of course this makes any sense at all).
I think I could learn a lot from the day zero participants.

But as I won't be attending Wikimania in its current format, it might be
not appropriate to attend the zero day workshop.

I am thinking about some creative solution to this problem, but maybe
you have some idea?

Alles Gute,
Marcin
