Since the title of the first example is "Owner deletes a node" and the
title of the second example is "Owner deletes a node with redirection",
I suppose the first example shouldn't contain a redirection and the text:
"The deletion request MAY include the URI of a replacement node to which
requests might be redirected. Typically this is an XMPP URI or IRI as
described under PubSub URIs, but it can be an HTTP URI or any other scheme."
should be moved to the second example.
