Hi there, we are currently in the process of supporting PSHB inside twitterfeed, and have so far subscribed over 100K OSHB-enabled feeds, with more being added daily. These mostly work fine, but every now and then we come across a feed that is subscribed ok at the hub, but we are not receiving any notifications, even though the feed has updated.
The question I have is whether there is any way of debugging this further, other than saying "sorry we're not getting your notifications" - e.g. some way to test if a feed is actually pinging the hub, some suggestions of what the user could at their end, etc. The strange this is that some of these are feedburner feeds, with Pingshot enabled, and sometimes even 2 feedburner feeds from the same user work differently (one sending notifications, the other not, etc). I do realise this is an incredibly vague question, but any additional info/pointers welcome! Cheers, Mario.
