Hey all,

I've been on vacation. Been talking this whole thing over with the
FeedBurner guys too and they've got some good ideas on how to
normalize all of these resource/feed proxying issues with a pretty
simple convention. They're working on writing up a small draft to
explain how it works. In the meantime, the plan is to pass through
third-party hub links without modification since FeedBurner now serves
feeds without replication delay issues.
