To be clear, it's the backend server that uses PubSubHubub - basically
acting as a PubSubHubub client so it can download feeds more rapidly
when they're PuSH enabled. However, the protocol that then pushes that
data down to the phones is just the Nokia Notifications API - that bit
has nothing to do with PubSubHubbub.
