Hi, list I got a reference to pudge from a friend when I asked for a python documentation tool that supports python2.4 and restructured text well. So I decide to give it a try.
I checked out the current svn repository and ran python2.4 setup.py install. The setup script stalls at Installed /usr/lib/python2.4/site-packages/pudge-0.1-py2.4.egg Processing dependencies for pudge==0.1 Searching for docutils Reading http://www.python.org/pypi/docutils/ Reading http://docutils.sourceforge.net/ Best match: docutils 0.4 Downloading http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/docutils/docutils-0.4.tar.gz?download Requesting redirect to (randomly selected) 'easynews' mirror error: No META HTTP-EQUIV="refresh" found in Sourceforge page at http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/docutils/docutils-0.4.tar.gz?use_mirror=easynews No matter how many times I tried, the same result, although I can access sourceforge.net with my browser very well. Moreover, I have already got docutils 0.4 installed with python2.4 from source. So I think the setup script should not be trying to install it again. What should I do not to get pudge up and running? By the way, where can find any documentation on how to use it?
