I expected '.beta' or '.rc' to be present in the 'version' in config [0] but according to the docs [1], this is not the case because 2.11 is released.
I was not aware of that policy, so everything is correct :)

But when there will be Beta or RC version, expect docs to be published at http://docs.pulpproject.org/en/<pulp_version>/testing/*

We have jobs for dev and release branches and this *-build ones are for the rest which is basically Beta and RC builds and they are triggered manually when needed. That's my understanding.

I expect them to be published under 'testing/', so for 2.11-build they should be here: http://docs.pulpproject.org/en/2.11/testing/*

I am looking at configs now and they do not seem to be correct to me. I'll make a PR to see if others agree.

These two Jenkins jobs are currently failing and I am not sure where they are

is? I'd like to fix them.
