Just a simple request that if you are changing the path to a Pulp API it would be great if you could send mail to [email protected] or even an announcement on pulp-list with a nice header [API-CHANGE-NOTIFICATION] with the notice of the commit. Stinks to find breakages during runtime, eg:

"Pulp::Distribution: 404 Resource Not Found not found (GET
/pulp/api/distribution/ks-Red%20Hat%20Enterprise%20Linux-Server-6.1-x86_64/):
not found"

because of this change:

commit 62d3c95730d11cc5441b209139e5a8978feb0def
Author: Pradeep Kilambi <[email protected]>
Date: Fri Nov 11 15:08:53 2011 -0500

752791, 749526 - changing the distribution api to be plural /distributions/ consistant with others. Also fix the return code to be a 404 if the distribution is not found

nothing wrong with the change itself but a bit of proactive notification would be nice. I realize we aren't the only project using Pulp
