752791, 749526 - changing the distribution api to be plural
/distributions/ consistant with others. Also fix the return code to be a
404 if the distribution is not found
nothing wrong with the change itself but a bit of proactive notification
would be nice. I realize we aren't the only project using Pulp
... didn't finish my sentence there. meant to say:
I realize we aren't the only project using Pulp so emailing just
pulp-list with the announcement would probably suffice, no need to call
out Katello specifically.
