Set up pulseaudio to direct connect to another Fedora 19 box, both ver 3.0.x,
different user names, on the same segment
The pa utils, paman paprefs pavucontrol, now all connect to the remote box and
show that card only. The gui for paman has the remote box name in the title
bar and can't choose to play the remote sink through local devices.
pulseaudio --kill
E: [pulseaudio] main.c: Failed to kill daemon: No such process
...pulse no longer running locally, was working fine before configured pa
network stuff
pulseaudio --start
N: [pulseaudio] main.c: User-configured server at calvin, refusing to
start/autospawn.
...seems to only talk to the remote box and does not start anything on the
local pc
Is this a bug or just something not working?
Any help appreciated...
