Monitors have bugs, that effectively prevent from recording screen with sound.
Changing volume, pausing, playing sound in another application... doing
anything related with PulseAudio causes stutter in audio recorded from a
monitor. Attached videos explain more than thousand words. While sound heard
from speakers is fine, recorded sound is just like on these videos, no matter
which application I use to record.
