I think it's a good idea to add this together with the first user of
the port proplist.
This is the opposite to Colin's desire for a port proplist in the client
API even though there is no immediate use.
Also in the same series, please add a patch showing the port proplist
in pactl and pacmd output.
Pacmd makes sense, but pactl requires protocol extensions. Will add a
pacmd and resend patch.
