So, these patches are the remaining part of the jack detetection stuff,
so you can actually enjoy jack detection. :-)
Note that for this to work, you will also need Linux 3.3 (or an Ubuntu
12.04) kernel, and HDA hardware.
They are a little more assorted than the previous patch set, and patch
5/6 contains the new protocol for exposing the card ports to volume
control UIs.
Patches 4/6 and 6/6 are things we might want to reconsider once we have
priority list implemented and working.
I guess there isn't much more to say, but, please review and I hope they
can go into PulseAudio 2.0!
