Here's a fix for https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=47156
I have tested some resampling cases with libsamplerate, but
I haven't managed to reproduce the situation where
libsamplerate wouldn't consume all the input it's given, so
the fix effectiveness hasn't been verified yet.

resampler: Rename buf3 and buf4 to buf4 and buf5.
resampler: Add support for resamplers that consume less data than
