Sovled! Just porting the coresponding hdmi settings from extra-hdmi.conf to default.conf. e.g segment "hdmi-stereo-extra2"
I think quote is neccessary since the format is important.

Dear All
I want to output my audio through HDMI/DisplayPort-2. After I edit the default.conf file, the HDMI2 can be shown in “gnome-control-center sound”. But when I choose it in “gnome-control-center sound”, audio cannot be outputted. The only way I can play audio is pointing the hw device during playback, likes: aplay -Dplughw:0,7 xxx.wav.
How can I integrate my HDMI-2 (e.g. card0 device7) with hdmi-1?
