I installed the new version, added
extra-arguments == --log-target=newfile:/tmp/pulse.log --log-level=debug
...and rebooted, and after that there were three files, one for the
logged in user, and two for the lightdm user - one being successful, the
other stating "daemon already running".
So, it seems to be working here, so patch committed. I'm sure it'll come
in handy every now and then.
