I'm not sure how other UIs are handling this, but it's a bit odd to see
"Speakers (unplugged)" when headphones are plugged in. Anything we can

Hmm, good point. Gnome just hides unavailable devices, so there is no
extra string at all.
To be fair, I don't really like the idea of Speakers toggling between
"No" and "Unknown", I just couldn't figure out a better way to do it.
