Did you try building pulseaudio with these patches? Removing
start-pulseaudio-kde.in broke the build for me, because there were still
traces of it in the build system. I have now removed all references to
it in a separate commit.
I thought I did, but I did have several revisions... if that last I sent
didn't build, my apologies.
