Seem missing direction = output in analog-stereoAdded to config, do not see those messages anymore (new verbose log: http://pastebin.com/04273y69)
Seem no individual channel volume control Do this mean the balance slider in sound preference is useless ?Usually those multichannel usb audio devices have this type of volume control which is not supported by pulseaudio
If you mean Left/Right, LFE and Front/Rear - all work fine in 5.1 mode.
I: [pulseaudio] (alsa-lib)pcm_hw.c: Invalid PCM state for chmap_get: OPEN I: [pulseaudio] (alsa-lib)pcm_hw.c: SNDRV_PCM_IOCTL_HW_PARAMS failed (-5) http://git.alsa-project.org/?p=alsa-lib.git;a=blob;f=test/chmap.c;hb=HEAD Do snd-usb-audio provide channel map ? http://cgit.freedesktop.org/pulseaudio/pulseaudio/log/?qt=grep&q=lfe-filter http://git.alsa-project.org/?p=alsa-lib.git;a=blob;f=src/conf/cards/USB-Audio.conf;hb=HEAD
