Could you also make the output from "pactl list" available? The log shows that two sinks get created: one for hdmi and one for analog output. Make sure the sound is routed to the right output. The log also doesn't show any other clients connecting than the sound indicator. If you tried to play something during taking that log, then apparently applications aren't able to connect to the server for some reason.
