The -c0 option tells amixer to use the hardware mixer of card 0

yes, this works and i am able to use this
aplay -D hw:0,0 /data/8khz_mono.wav
but i also want to be able to use pulseaudio
paplay and pulsesink to play audio which still doen't work.
i need to be do this
gst-launch-1.0 audiotestsrc ! pulsesink
