Brian, If you are rolling an updated 0.9.13 of your own creation then
please consider looking at the fedora package (I'm not a fedora person but
it's the easiest place to look as we did not ship 0.9.13 on Mandriva so
have just jumped to a git master for our testing distro!).
There are a fair number of patches needed on top of 0.9.13 to make it
functional and this is just one of them.
