I was hoping to just use the "PPA" (i.e. contribs) Ubuntu package which has 8 patches added. > There are a fair number of patches needed on top of 0.9.13 to make it functional and this is > just one of them. Yeah. 0.9.13 seems really broken. I'm going back to 0.9.10. I was hoping 0.9.13 would fix the stuttering I posted to the mailing list about. Given the lack of responses I figured it was just one of those "need to upgrade" things. But I can confirm that even with the patch in this bug I still get the: {{{ E: source-output.c: Assertion 'pa_frame_aligned(chunk->length, &o->source->sample_spec)' failed at pulsecore/source-output.c:392, function pa_source_output_push(). Aborting. }}} assertion. -- Ticket URL: <http://www.pulseaudio.org/ticket/399#comment:6> PulseAudio <http://pulseaudio.org/> The PulseAudio Sound Server _______________________________________________ pulseaudio-tickets mailing list pulseaudio-tickets@mail.0pointer.de https://tango.0pointer.de/mailman/listinfo/pulseaudio-tickets
