Comment:
padevchooser allows one to select the default server, sink and source and
to output to network servers - there is no other application that supplies
this functionality. What is needed is not some notification system
(notifying about new sinks / sources is the least useful thing in
padevchooser) but rather a tool to control what PA outputs to. I can find
out what the problem is if there's nobody to fix it.
