#548: skype and pulseaudio not working

Hi
When I make a call from skype I get voice break. At the same time
following message ae written on the terminal.
RtApiAlsa: underrun detected.
In the past I have used pulseaudio and skype(same version) without any
problem. I see this problem with 0.9.15
