I have determined that during playback pa_sink_input_peek() calls
sink_input_peek_cb() and is responsible for setting the length to 0. The
length is set to 0 by the resampler. Using the exact same setup for my
laptop which works I see no attempt to resample... the resample only
occurs on the ARMv6 target. Can anyone tell me why resample is initiated.
