#682: Don't lock channels from all output devices together

Hello,
I've created several output devices using "load-module module-alsa-sink
device=front",... in the default.pa. When I drag the volume slider in
pavucontrol (Lock channels together selected) all the volume sliders from
all my virtual sound cards are moved at the same time. I think it would be
more convenient if just the volume sliders from one device would be locked
together.
