#727: Activating a raop module sink appears to re-map previously mapped streams
to itself

Comment(by coling):

 With pristine code (i.e. not using my patch), you can use pavucontrol (the
 only tool that can do this IIRC), change the drop down on the playback tab
 to show all streams and then your remap will show up. You can then move it
 to another sink.

 IMHO I don't really see the point in this. When you remap a sink it's
 usually tied to the master you set it up with... in order to remap the
 particular channels properly. I just don't see the value in being able to
 move it, but then perhaps I'm missing a use case? I guess if you remap
 e.g. a hotpluggable sink, then the remap should work without the actual
 sink available and could be moved to it when it becomes available. This
 could be useful in some capacity but I think some kind of management
 system to load the modules when appropriate (e.g. when it's master sink
 appears) is a better solution to that problem. I was intending to include
 this in module-loader when I get the motivation to start looking at it
 again. WDYT?
