I second Aman's suggestion to suggest Jhelum layout to Apple.

Also Aman bhaji, you bug file link does not work, as Apple is pretty notorious in keeping its bugs unavailable to public. Signing using ADC login still does not reveal it to other users.

You can spell ਟ using " key i.e. key right before enter key if you are using a macbook or macbook pro.

Or better use the Jhelum layout. Aman has an article on it on his blog. I'll write one too if required. It works much better.

Second thing, on Leopard there is an option of see keyboard viewer. Use that. It will become easy to locate keys.
