ਹੀ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਮੰਨਦੇ ਹਨ,
ਇਹ ਸਾਰੀ ਸਮੱਸਿਆ ਲਈ ਜੇ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਕੋਲ ਕੋਈ ਵਿਚਾਰ, ਡੌਕੂਮੈਂਟ ਜਾਂ ਰੈਫ਼ਰੈਂਸ ਹੋਵੇ ਤਾਂ
ਦੱਸਣ ਦੀ ਖੇਚਲ ਕਰਨੀ

I am Punjabi Language Native Speaker

During my search, I have found that Name of My Language is put
as "Panjabi", while it is used as "Punjabi"
While Punjab and Punjabi is region and language, but
Panjab is nowhere, also Panjabi is not name. It is
not used by neither of Two script based Area of Punjabi (Gurmukhi/Shahmukhi)

Can you please me to find answer of few questions?
1) Is it possible 'Language Name'?
2) If yes, what is required to do above changes? Reference, documents,
govt Agency etc...
