Issue #2320 has been reported by Nigel Kersten. ---------------------------------------- Bug #2320: specifying "environment" in puppet.conf on the server enforces client environments rather than providing a default environment http://projects.reductivelabs.com/issues/2320
Author: Nigel Kersten Status: Unreviewed Priority: Normal Assigned to: Category: Target version: Complexity: Unknown Affected version: 0.25.0 Keywords: The title pretty much says it all. We have a 'noop' environment we set as default, and with 0.25.x, if I have the line: environment=noop in puppet.conf on the server, all clients get the noop environment. If I remove it, they get their normal, fact-supplied environment, but then I have no idea what the default environment is for clients requesting non-existent environments. -- You have received this notification because you have either subscribed to it, or are involved in it.
