Issue #8045 has been updated by Max Bowsher.
A related tiny issue - perhaps it would be good to delete ext/debian/changelog from the git tree, as it looks very out of date from the version numbers, so it misleads as to the status of the ext/debian/ tree. (The changelog is actually autogenerated by "rake deb" in completeness). ---------------------------------------- Feature #8045: "rake deb" should also produce a Debian source package https://projects.puppetlabs.com/issues/8045 Author: Max Bowsher Status: Unreviewed Priority: Normal Assignee: Category: Target version: Keywords: Branch: Affected mCollective version: 1.3.0 "rake deb" should also produce a Debian source package. I would not expect this to be used by very many people to actually build binary .debs themselves, but, it would add confidence to people browsing the APT repository that, if they needed to, they could patch and rebuild the debian source. Also, it's trivial to do - just remove the -b flag from the debuild invocations, and copy the additional produced files: http://paste.ubuntu.com/630943/ -- You have received this notification because you have either subscribed to it, or are involved in it.
