FYI, one of the folks here is currently looking at tagmail related things from 
a user perspective, and I am going to point them at this ticket.  Part of the 
hope is that we can extract more useful information about what people *want* 
tagmail to do, rather than what it does.  Are you happy to be contacted 
privately to investigate that?

Every time you stop puppetd, you get an info-level report

I don't think this is particularly useful information such that it needs a 
report for it.  If it is report-worthy, why not puppet startup?
