Issue #19162 has been updated by Josh Davidson.
I previously attempted to use Puppet to manage a set of developer workstations running Windows, and this was something I constantly ran into. Would love to see this feature. ---------------------------------------- Feature #19162: Manage reboots https://projects.puppetlabs.com/issues/19162#change-94734 * Author: Josh Cooper * Status: Accepted * Priority: Immediate * Assignee: eric sorenson * Category: * Target version: * Affected Puppet version: * Keywords: windows reboot * Branch: ---------------------------------------- We need to be able to manage reboots (mostly an issue on Windows), since a simple task like installing IIS-WebService using puppet's dism module requires a reboot. <http://blog.principia-it.co.uk/2012/10/17/puppet-and-windows/><br> -- You have received this notification because you have either subscribed to it, or are involved in it.
