That seems like the sort of issue that everyone would be up in arms about if it 
were pervasive.

Is the scope here only with remote filebuckets? or local as well?

This is a duplicate of bug #8229, which I accidentally deleted.

When uploading files using puppet inspect I often get this on the managed node
