Issue #22820 has been reported by Robert Pearce. ---------------------------------------- Bug #22820: 2.8 to 3.0 upgrade leaves behind inspection related compilance issues https://projects.puppetlabs.com/issues/22820
* Author: Robert Pearce * Status: Unreviewed * Priority: Normal * Assignee: * Category: installation * Target version: * Affected Puppet version: * Keywords: * Branch: ---------------------------------------- When upgrading from PE 2.8.2 to 3.0.1 using the official upgrade path, the master does not remove the pe-compliance module from the default group, and apparently leaves the module behind on the master. We ended up in a situation where the inspect cron job on new 3.0.1 clients (which never had pre 3.0.1 puppet) got given a cron job to run the inspect job which then errored out. -- You have received this notification because you have either subscribed to it, or are involved in it.
