This was caused by #16757 as we no longer explicitly require rubygems within puppet (or facter or hiera). We did change daemon.bat to invoke ruby with `-rubygems` but the same change was not made to the other scripts, because they are not part of puppet (they're in the puppet_for_the_win) repo, and we don't run our acceptance tests against the install MSI. -- You have received this notification because you have either subscribed to it, or are involved in it.
