I don't like to admit such dumb mistake in public, but I think it is for the 
greater good. I run `puppet cert --all revoke` by accident after listing all 
and wanting to revoke one cert. This led to a broken puppetmaster for the 
afternoon and a lot of nerves spent.

I think potentially disastrous operations like revoking or clearing all 
certificates mandate a little "are you sure? [yn]" prompt.
