I actually like the basic process we have now -- people email code, and other people email the comments on the code. What's missing is the tools at the back-end of that process. Most important to me is some kind of linkage between multiple reviews of the same code. E.g., someone sends in 10 patches, I review those patches. The author then sends out 7 new patches, and I want to know what parts I've already reviewed vs. what I should look at more closely.
