Can I recommend Atlassian's Crucible[1]? Both Crucible and JIRA[2] (the
bug/issue tracker) now have plugins for Git. You can also get them for
free from Atlassian for Open Source project purposes. The combination of
JIRA and Crucible is very powerful. There are also lots of Plugins[3]
for both products.

I'd be happy to volunteer to setup a test JIRA/Crucible instance if
people wanted to give it a smash.

cYa,
Avi
